    adidas Womens adizero adios 8

The lightest version yet, the adidas Women’s adizero adios 8 in Crystal Jade/Aurora Met./Bliss Lilac lets you smash your speed training goals and set half marathon PBs thanks to a powerful midsole and an ultralight build.

Tuned for speed, the Women's adizero adios 8 combines three powerful system in the midsole to drive you forward. Lightstrike 2.0 offers super light cushioning, while towards the front Lightstrike Pro provides a responsive, bouncy feel towards toe off. In the middle, TorsionRODs create stiffness that allows for quick acceleration, as well as guidance through your stride.

A featherlight mesh upper uses at least 50% recycled materials and continental rubber in the outsole gives excellent traction in the wet or dry so you have all the tools you need to improve, every day and race day.

    Regular Cushioning

Regular cushioning offers a blend of lightness, comfort, and ground feel. Popular for shorter distance racing as well as training and daily mileage running, the lower stack of midsole foam offers inherent stability and a lighter feel on your foot when compared to max-stack shoes.

    Neutral

Neutral running shoes are designed to provide a smooth sensation without correcting your gait. They allow your natural motion to flow, while still offering a snug fit and a cushioned feel underfoot. As such, they’re ideal for runners who don’t overpronate.

    adidas

Building on their breakout success at the 1936 Berlin Olympics, when founder Adi Dassler’s spikes helped Jesse Owens to gold, adidas have become one of the biggest brands around, with the famous 3-Stripes seen on everyone from rappers to world record holders.

Known primarily for their lightweight race shoes and the legendary Ultraboost, they’re also gaining fans for their popular Terrex outdoor range.

If you’re trying on a pair of adidas running shoes, expect innovative design, excellent styling, and a sustainable approach to construction.

    In love with running again!

Finally, happy feet! No plates, no aggressive toe rockers, no mammoth stack height. Shoes that let my feet move naturally through my stride with enough cushion to be comfortable over all of the distances I run. I do think they run long though, go with your european size rather than us size. I usually wear a us 9.5 but downsized to a us 8.5 in the Adios 8.

    Great Running Shoes for Beginners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am getting into the habit of running and I wanted new running shoes. I looked online for reviews and most of it was positive. This item was also on sale so I decided to make my purchase. I have already gone on a couple of runs with Adios 8 and have enjoyed the shoes so far. It feels great on the road and even better on a track field.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Their lightweight design, responsive midsole, and excellent grip make them perfect for long-distance running. Stylish and well-crafted, they’re ideal for both casual runners and marathon trainers. Highly recommended for anyone seeking high-performance running shoes.

Why the trainers have to be made from plastic now?

These shoes are so uncomfortable. The mesh is made from plastic that feels uncomfortable on feet that you wan to take them off. There is no cushioning. You can feel the plastic when you walk and even when you run , you can hear plastic noise against the road.

I feel like these pair make me run faster!

My only concern is if the fabric is going to last. It seems quite thin and easy to tear but we will see with time. It could be slightly narrower but the best running shoes so far that take care of my joints and make me perform better when running.

A significant improvement over Adios 7

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light and speedy shoe. I hope the fabric is more durable than the one used in the Adios 7. Some bits on the sides of the ankles you will potentially need to get used to as they may cause initially some discomfort.

    Love, but missing heel padding...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally less cushion/sole! Unfortunately, padding missing in the center of the heel, so blister in less than a mile of walking when breaking in. Otherwise, love the overall return to prior Adios shoes

    Great fast training shoe

I use these for my quick, fast runs or tempo etc. love them for these and the newer design doesn’t leave my feet bleeding which is a huge price. The plastic used to dig into my front part of my ankle

    Road Running

It might say road, but we don’t just mean pounding closed-off streets on race day. Road shoes are predominantly for the pavement.

They feature flat rubber traction for confident footing in the city and enhanced cushioning to soak up the strain of every stride.

    Best for Race Day

Race day running shoes are built with two priorities in mind: lightness and propulsion.

To keep weight down, the outsole uses thinner rubber, lighter compounds, and targeted placement-reducing bulk without sacrificing grip. Up top, minimalist uppers with stripped-back overlays shave off extra grams for a fast, streamlined feel.

Underfoot, lightweight and responsive foams are often paired with internal plates to deliver that signature race-day snap-helping you stay efficient and driven from the gun to the finish line.

Designed to be fast and focused, race day shoes trade long-term durability for performance. They're not built for daily use-but when it matters most, they deliver.
