Returning Items to Pro:Direct
Here is some useful info on the process to follow if you want to return an item within the UK.

Return your package at your nearest Collect+ Point

Return your package at your nearest Post Office or CSP

Return your package to one of the thousands of locker locations without the need for a label

Return your parcel via one of the 600 ASDA locations

Step 1: Pack the item(s) for return
Please include the completed returns form for your order and place inside parcel. This will contain your order number, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Step 2: Create your free return label/code
Create your return via your Pro:Direct account. Once completing this you should receive a label or code from collect plus. This label or code will need to be taken to the shop selected that has a collect plus option.

Step 3: Take your parcel to a store
Visit your chosen store and show the store assistant your code. They will scan or type this into their system and generate a label and attach to your parcel. The store assistant will then print you out a receipt in order to track this parcel. Please make sure to keep this at all times as proof of postage.

Available times can be found on the individual stores opening times. Most are open 7 days a week.
No, when at the store, the assistant will print and attach the label to the parcel for you.
CollectPlus aims to deliver all returns within 5-7 working days.
Talk to the store assistant and show them your code in order to get your parcel returned.

Step 1: Pack the item(s) for return
Please include the completed returns form for your order and place inside parcel. This will contain your order number, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Step 2: Create your free return label
Create your return via your Pro:Direct account. Once completing this you should receive a label via email. This label can be printed at home and attached to the parcel securely. (Make sure not to cover the barcode) Or take the email with the QR code to your post office.

Step 3: Take your parcel to a store
Visit your chosen Post Office and hand over the parcel with the label attached. Or show the store assistant the QR code and they will print the label. The store assistant will then print you out a receipt in order to track this parcel. Please make sure to keep this at all times as proof of postage. Please note we advise to drop your parcel off at a Post Office and retain the receipt.

Available times can be found on the individual stores opening times. Most are open 6 days a week.
If you are printing the label at home then you will need to attach your label to your parcel.
If you are not printing at home then take your QR to the store and they will attach the label for you.
Royal Mail aims to deliver all returns within 3-5 working days. Please keep an eye on tracking for updates.
Talk to the store assistant and show them your code in order to get your parcel returned. Or if label already printed hand it over to be sent.

Please note that the maximum parcel size is 41x38x64cm. If your parcel is larger than this, please use another service.

Step 2: Create your free return QR code
Create your return via your Pro:Direct account. Once completing this you should receive an InPost QR via email. (Please keep this as it contains your parcel and tracking information) This code will be need to be scanned when you visit a locker.

Step 3: Take your parcel to a locker
Visit your chosen locker and scan the QR code on the screen and follow instructions. A locker should open, place the parcel inside and shut the door. If any issues at this stage please contact the customer service number at the locker and they can assist.

All lockers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
No, when collected by the courier, they will attach a label to the parcel to get it returned correctly.
InPost is currently only available for UK customers and subject to location.
InPost aims to deliver all returns back to the retailer within 5-7 working days.

Returns with ASDA toyou

Step 1: Pack the item(s) for return
Please include the completed returns form for your order and place inside parcel. This will contain your order number, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please note that the maximum parcel size is 60x60x90cm. If your parcel is larger than this, please use another service.

Step 2: Create your free return QR code
Create your return via your Pro:Direct account. Once completing this you should receive an ASDA QR via email. This code will be need to be scanned when you visit an ASDA store or self service return point.

Step 3: Take your parcel to a store
Visit your chosen store and scan the QR code on the screen and follow instructions. Once receipt printed place in drop box. Or take to click and collect desk and hand over to staff member to return the parcel. Please remember to obtain return receipt as this will have your tracking and information on.

Available times can be found on the individual stores opening times.
No, when collected by the courier, they will attach a label to the parcel to get it returned correctly. Or the staff member given to at the help desk will add label.
Typically it takes 3-5 working days. Please follow the tracking and if it states ‘it’s gone back to your retailer’ please contact Pro:Direct.
Register your return at the self-service screen, pop it into the dropbox, or head to the click-and-collect desk and ask an Asda colleague to help you.
