This Website is owned and operated by the Pro-Direct Sport Limited a company registered in England and Wales with company number 04245687 (“we”, “us”, “our” and “Pro-Direct Sport”).

Pro : Direct Soccer, Pro : Direct Academy, Pro : Direct Basketball, Pro : Direct Cricket, Pro : Direct Rugby, Pro : Direct Running, Pro : Direct Select, Pro : Direct Tennis, are all websites owned and operated by Pro-Direct Sport Limited.

We collect, use and are responsible for certain personal information about you as a “controller” and when we do so we are responsible for that personal information for the purposes of UK data protection laws. In the UK, Pro-Direct Sport Limited is registered as a data controller with the Office of the Information Commissioner under reference ZA302607.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

We may share your personal information with carefully selected third party service providers and other organisations who provide us with support services or that help us deliver or market our products.     • Nike and Adidas and other similar partners from time to time, when orders are placed for items that are fulfilled directly by one of these partners. We also share Identity and Contact Information with Nike for the purpose of Connected Memberships.
    • Third parties that we engage to help us manage our customer relationships and run our business, including our refer a friend programme, customer service emails and live chats.
    • Delivery and parcel tracking service providers such as DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS and Metapack.
    • Providers such DotDigital, to improve your shopping experience (we specifically share details or products within your shopping cart with DotDigital).
In addition we may disclose your personal data:

  • To our accountants and legal advisors, for the purposes of administering our business, protecting our legal rights and defending any claims that may be brought against us.
