Terms and conditions:
1. This prize is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Pro: Direct Sport Ltd and New Balance Athletic Shoes (UK) Limited (“New Balance”), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Entries are non-transferrable and cannot be sold
3. All Participants must be over the age of 18 and must agree to the General Conditions of Entry for the Virgin Money London Marathon: https://www.virginmoneylondonmarathon.com/engb/general-conditions-entry/
4. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Entries must be submitted via the web address https://www.facebook.com/prodirectrunning/ and entry is restricted to one per person. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
6. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
7. All entries must be received by midnight on 6th December.
8. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by telephone or email within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. The winning entrant will win one entry to the 2020 Virgin Money London Marathon.
10. The prize must be taken as one package. Participation in The Virgin Money London Marathon is entirely at the risk of the winning entrant. Due to the nature of the prize, in order to claim it, the winner declares that he/she is, to the best of his/her knowledge, in good health and of a sufficient level of physical fitness to participate in the race without causing undue risk to himself/herself or others and must not have been advised against participating in activities of this kind by a medical doctor.
11. To participate in the Virgin Money London Marathon, the winner must successfully complete their details in the sponsor entry console before February 14th 2020. Participation is subject to Virgin Money London Marathon General Conditions, which can be found at virginmoneylondonmarathon.com/en-gb/general-conditions-entry.
12. Travel to the Virgin Money London Marathon, accommodation and personal expenditure are not included in the prize.
13. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
14. The winner will be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Pro:Direct, New Balance and the Promoter. By signing up, the winner is agreeing to meet and be a part of Pro:Direct and New Balance Marathon campaigns.
15. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
16. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. Accordingly the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
17. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
18. By entering this competition, the competitor is fully aware that the answers given will be assessed by Pro:Direct and the final decision of the winner will be made by Pro:Direct.
19. By signing up, the competitor is agreeing to be contacted by Pro:Direct where more information may be required before the winner is selected.
20. By entering the competition, the competitor is fully aware and agreeing to participate in London events with Pro:Direct and also be involved in multiple pieces of content which will go live on Pro:Direct and New Balance communications.
