Thanks to a combination of FF Blast Max and FF Turbo Squared foams the midsole, the ASICS Sonicblast gives a lightweight and bouncy feel that makes it seem easier to run faster. A ¾ length Pebax plate runs through the midsole as a stiffening agent, providing a surprisingly stable feel for such a high stack of foam, as well as improved efficiency. An engineered jacquard mesh upper gives a surprisingly soft feel to the highly breathable upper, while the gusseted tongue wing fit system reduces movement on the tongue and improved midfoot fit.Description
