The adidas Supernova Stride uses an EVA carrier foam through the midsole with a forefoot section of new DREAMSTRIKE + for improved comfort and feel.
Designed with toe spring and rod sculpting. the EVA midsole provides a dynamic, yet supportive heel to forefoot transition.
A lightweight engineered mesh upper provides breathability with a minimal, yet supportive feel.
In the outsole the durable Adiwear outsole offers traction, and features vertical cut outs for reduced weight, and a smoother experience.

Very tight toebox

Shoe is very cramped in the toebox, because the upper fits too low alaong the top of shoe. Like all Adidas they are very narrow, but these feel tight because of the low profile of the shoe box rather than the width, I went half a size up and it wasn't enough. Full size up will be too long.
Sole is fantastic, responsive and not too soft. The supernova ride is a much softer shoes (too soft), these have a better sole for everyday training. I wanted to love these shoes but had to send back because of the poor fit along the top

Shoe size good. Width good. The laces presses on the foot. Excessive width around the ankle. Supernova got a long way ahead. Otherwise shoe weight is perfect. It light. Ur feet won’t get tired. Just the shoe composition needs work. Adidas needs develop a connection with this shoe and the person who wears it. In fact they should hire me. Because this shoe has a lot of potential. And can go way up the ladder. It needs extra attention and a special team. Other than it is a great shoe. No regrets.

Affordable, Comfortable & A Great All-rounder!

I picked up these shoes with the idea of using them for the gym & treadmill as I'm a runner who averages a consistent 100+ miles a month, I was really surprised just how comfortable & supportive these shoes are!! Whilst I wouldn't suggest these for race day they are a stable & comfortable workhorse of a shoe that is built with quality & offers everything you'd need for a daily shoe. True to size, works for a slim footed runner like me & build quality is excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome color combo! Look just as good on my feet as they do here. Returned my usual 8.5 for a 9 because the toe box was a little tight, which I suppose is the norm for runners. If the midsole was softer I’d give them a perfect 5. They definitely offer less bounce than my other Boosts, but after my first day at work followed by some shopping, my feet feel about the same, so overall comfort is not an issue. Consider my rating a 4.5

very comfortable ride. High quality running experience. No pain anywhere in the joints and shin. Good shoe for daily runs. Energy return is not as much, so, use carefully for race day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Supernova Stride and RISE both are excellent shoes. it has great comfort and looks. Also its very good for running, walking and wearing for long hours.
I preferred RISE over Stride as they look much more elegant and better comfort and safety to forefingers of the feet. Overall Adidas is one of the best brand . Also you have great choices for higher sizes in the shoes especially for size 12

Just what my son needed

My son is very fussy and had been wearing a different make of trainer for a year and after all the wear they fell apart. I found these and even though the first try were too small at his usual size 11 the 11.5 were ideal. He says they are comfy and are now worn everywhere. Time will tell if they will outlast the others but I was relieved to find him a good quality all black pair.

As a regular runner I bought these for my general runs of 5-10k. I’ve more expensive and tech heavy runners from Adidas as comparison. Out the box, they feel great. Offers good performance. Not too firm and offers good levels of comfort and support.
My usual size is 9.5 but had to go a size up as they do come up small. I ended up buying another pair for rotation.
