Ground Type Guide
Selecting the correct sole plate for the surface you are playing on is crucial, not only for the performance and longevity of your football boots, but also to avoid the risk of injury.
Using an outsole that isn't designed specifically for the surface on which you are playing may cause premature wear and/or damage that will not be deemed as a fault of manufacture and will prevent the retailer accepting them for a refund or exchange.
Firm Ground
Boots with Firm Ground soleplates are only to be used on natural short-grass surfaces that is firm underfoot but may be slightly wet.
Designed specifically for this playing surface, they offer acceleration, comfort and enhanced traction, dispersing stud pressure evenly across the foot.
FG soleplates are fixed (not removable) and are used worldwide; wetter countries tend to use them spring to autumn.
FG boots are not to be used on artificial ground (AG) surfaces as the construction is not designed for the extra friction.
FG boots used on AG surfaces will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.

Avoid at all costs!

Avoid buying at all costs!! Purchased these for my son for Christmas, it was the only thing he asked for, he was over the moon with them and they looked the part! HOWEVER after not being able to try them out until this weekend due to weather postponing his games, he managed to play his first game. He wanted to really look after his new boots so after a muddy first game he got home to wash them. To my horror after 1 game the gold on the bottom of the boot has already started coming off. I got straight onto pro direct to make them aware of the issue only to be told they can’t be returned as there is a warning on the buying page saying the gold film is only for decoration and will wear off during play. £250 pounds to buy boots that you expect to be of the highest quality only to be told the material will come off during use!! No doubt there will be no gold left on the boot after a few games and they will look awful!! £250 wasted and a very unhappy child!!!

Gold chrome after one games started to peal after third game alot of the chrome is missing. I was told it is stated tht this is decorative part of the boot and will wear over time. It immediatly wears taking away from the look. Boot is self is good, full size up but buy a different colour.

Boots that just peel!

I bought this boot a two weeks ago bottom of the boot and side of the boot already peeling after one use. Pro direct soccers service has been horrendous stating that this is normal! Appalling product appalling customer service

The soccer cleats very nice very clean the color way. Perfect. I got a lot of compliments on them style of gameplay with them little different the ball did stick a lot more to my feet with the grip on the shoes ball touch very very good wish the cleats were a little bit narrow, but overall, it’s a great Soccer shoe I would recommend for 9 out of 10 if you like predators, this is a predator for you

Good pair of boots. Comfortable, great quality, very in fashion right now. However I just didn’t like the aesthetics of the boot. I thought compared to the picture it wasn’t as shiny and was quite boring. Expected it to look better. Other people may have other preferences but personally I wasn’t a huge fan and prefer other colourways.

Bought as a Christmas present for my son. Had to inspect to make sure all OK. Quality looks great and feels as you would expect for Preds. Quite disappointed that despite being a limited edition boot, that they didn't come eith a predator boot bag like you receive on cheaper designs.
