An updated ASTROPLATE features a modified fork shape in the ASICS Women’s Sonicblast 2 to help propel you forward and generate forward momentum.
The energised feel also comes from the dual foam midsole, with FF Blast Max delivering a soft and responsive feel, and FF Turbo Squared giving you powerful energy return and a springy feel. The FF Turbo Squared foam is also used in the forefoot trampoline pod, designed to help spring you from one stride to the next.
Away from the midsole, the upper uses an engineered mesh that is lightweight and breathable, and is designed to reduce the need for overlays, while the ASICSGRIP rubber outsole gives advanced traction across a range of terrains.
