Are my details retained for future orders?

Yes, we do keep some records in My Account.

You'll be able to see and update:

• Your Name
• Your Addresses
• Contact Details
• See all of your orders (you can track the progress of the delivery from here as well)

How do I remove myself from your email list?

If you no longer wish to receive Pro:Direct emails you can unsubscribe simply by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in one of our emails.

Alternatively please contact our Customer Service team at customerservices@prodirectsport.comand we will be happy to arrange this for you. 

Can I make changes to the details in My Profile?

You can change your details at any time in Profile. Once you're logged in, you can change:

• Your contact details - Name and Email address
• Your addresses within your address book
• Your Marketing Preferences

Any changes you make won't affect any order you've already placed.

I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

If you've forgotten your password, just go to Log-In and click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link and enter your email address.
If we find a matching account to the email address you provided, we'll send you an email to allow you to reset your password.
