You can purchase a gift card directly from our online store. Simply select the amount you’d like, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. You can send yourself eGift Cards or when purchasing, simply use the toggle to send to a Recipient. eGift Cards can be delivered immediately (subject to credit card and security processing time) or at any future date and time.
Gift cards are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. The email includes a unique code that can be used to redeem the gift card.
Enter the gift card code in the Discount code or Gift Card field at checkout. The amount will be applied to your order total. If your Gift card doesn't cover the total, you can use any accepted payment method to make up the difference, including additional gift cards.
Occasionally eGift Cards are intercepted by spam filters; please check with the recipient to see if their gift card is in their spam or junk folders. It is also possible that the email address was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase; please check the email address you entered for the recipient. If you can’t find your gift card email, please contact us at customerservices@prodirectsport.com and we'll resend it to you.
Yes— just click the link in your gift card email to view the remaining balance or you can go to our Help Centre and enter your Gift Card number in the "Check Gift Card Balance" component at the bottom.
Yes. our Pro:Direct Sport gift cards can be used for purchases on prodirectsport.com or our physical stores. PDS gift cards are only applicable to UK orders exclusively.
If you have only paid with a Gift Card and the order is partially or fully cancelled or returned, we will add the balance back to that Gift Card via email.
*Please note that if a gift card was used for part of the order and another payment method was used in the same order, we will always refund the gift card first.
