Within the midsole the ENERGYRODS 2.0 are sandwiched between updated LIGHTSTRIKE PRO, which provides more energy, is lighter weight, and provides a slightly more squidgy sensation improving your comfort. It has also taken learnings from their phenomenally successful Pro Evo elite athlete shoe, moving the rocker point back to 60% for a more aggressive, and ultimately faster forward roll, giving you even more speed and efficiency through each stride.
