The Saucony Endorphin Shift 3 helps to make every run better than the last, with a deep stack of PWRRUN foam that is barely race legal, and a PWRRUN+ sockliner you get excellent comfort and stacks of performance.A new torsional heel groove gives an even smoother transition from heel strike to the forefoot, and XT-900 durable rubber is used on the outsole for long lasting speed.
The upper uses a durable, lightweight mesh that feels breathable and comfortable on the foot. A slimline heel clip keeps weight low while still managing to offer a little extra stability. In fact, described as “Structured Cushioning” the Shift offers a little extra support without falling into the category of a “Structured runner”.
