With the same blend of Nitrogen infused Mizuno Enerzy nxt above the plate, and EVA based below the plate, the Women's Neo Vista 3 delivers the same bounce as its predecessor, but with a new 3D engineered fibreglass plate built for both bounce, and stability it can deliver a more secure, efficient ride. Split into medial and lateral sides, with a raised portion in the centre it’s a unique solution to giving you effortless feeling daily training.
With a more powerful build for toe off, Mizuno have built in more rubber at this point, while providing more sponge around the heel fit for a softer and more secure fit.
The upper is highly breathable, with comfortable stretch where needed, and locked in fit through the midfoot. They have used their highly durable yet grippy X10 rubber in the outsole for long lasting traction.
