The sleeve now contours over the ankle in a more ergonomic construction that accommodates a greater range of calf and shin shapes, while the pad itself is neatly integrated with the sleeve to minimise risk of irritation. At the top, smooth elastic keeps the guard securely in place. The pad’s SmartFlex technology provides impact absorption, staying flexible right up until the moment of impact, when it hardens and takes the sting out of even the toughest tackles. It’s fully waterproof too, so it remains effective in all weather conditions and is safe to machine wash.
