Taking over from the Fujitrabuco 8, the ASICS Gel-Trabuco 9 has lost weight, while gaining a full ground contact sole for improved flexibility. A reinforced synthetic leather upper provides more resistance and protection and uses at least 20% recycled materials. A stone guard around the toes helps to protect from wayward stones on the trail. The midsole has a rock protection plate, and a rear gel capsule in the heel, to give improved shock absorption. The FLYTEFOAM construction provides a lightweight and cushioned feel, with high levels of energy return. Duomax foot support provides stability through the midfoot for those that pronate. The outsole uses engineered lugs in combination with ASICS Grip to provide fantastic grip on any ground type.Description
