Intro Football Boots

Intro football boots are where many players begin their journey. Whether it's a first training session, a first team or a first pair of football boots, the Intro level is designed to make the game more accessible with affordable, dependable footwear.

Built with comfort and durability in mind, Intro football boots are ideal for grassroots football, school matches, PE lessons and regular training sessions. While they share the styling of leading boot silos such as Mercurial, Predator, FUTURE and Furon, they focus on practicality and value rather than premium technologies.

For beginners and younger players, this means forgiving materials, reliable traction and a comfortable fit that supports developing feet. Speed-focused models often provide a narrower, streamlined fit, while control-oriented boots generally offer a more accommodating shape. Laced designs can be a great choice for players seeking additional adjustability.

Choosing the right soleplate remains important at every level. Firm Ground (FG) boots suit natural grass pitches, Artificial Ground (AG) boots are designed for 3G surfaces, Soft Ground (SG) boots provide traction on wet natural grass, while Turf (TF) and Indoor (IN) options are best suited to harder playing surfaces and astro courts.

At Pro:Direct Soccer, Intro football boots help players focus on learning, improving and enjoying the game. Explore entry-level football boots from the biggest brands and find the right pair to start your football journey.
