Description
Show you’re forever Everton with the Score Draw Retro Everton FC 1994 Home Shirt in Blue/White.
Featuring the club crest incorporated into the design of the shirt itself, the Everton home shirt from ’94 was a reminder of the standards set by the Toffees’ “Nil Satis Nisi Optimum” motto. That was certainly the case when club legend Joe Royle took the reins in November, quickly establishing the “Dogs of War” mentality that helped rescue the Blues’ season, turning their form around to eventually finish 15th in the league. Royle’s first game in charge was the derby at Goodison Park, with Duncan Ferguson and Paul Rideout on the scoresheet in a 2-0 triumph for the home side. Ferguson’s goal was his first for the club, a typically dominant header from a corner that would become such a familiar sight over the years. Fans will also remember Daniel Amokachi leaping away in celebration wearing this shirt after his brace in the FA Cup semi-final versus Spurs. Everton won that game 4-1, setting up a fateful final against Manchester United, for which they switched into the following season’s kit.Description
