Description

Take it back to the 90s with the Score Draw Retro Aston Villa 1994 Away Goalkeeper Shirt in Blue.

Worn during the 1993/94 and 1994/95 campaigns by Mark Bosnich and Nigel Spink, the ’94 away keeper top was part of an extensive lineup available to Villa’s stoppers at the time, with as many as four kits on rotation. This was one of the standout designs, displaying a celestial graphic that made every save look spectacular.

On the pitch, it was a period of transition for the Villans. There was the excitement of the famous 3-1 victory over Manchester United in the 1994 League Cup final, securing both silverware and a place in the UEFA Cup. That was the last hurrah of an aging team, however, with a poor start to the 94/95 season seeing Ron Atkinson replaced in the dugout by club favourite Brian Little. The former forward began to revamp the squad with younger players such as Alan Wright, Ian Taylor, and Gary Charles, future mainstays that would become key parts of Villa’s strong side of the mid-90s.

This is a casual t-shirt version of the jersey, made from lightweight polyester. The official Muller sponsor logo gives you the authentic look, while a traditional club crest ensures long-lasting Villa style.
