Description

Show your appreciation for a music legend on or off the pitch with the Admiral x Bob Marley Long-Sleeved Top in Yellow, a stylish retro tee inspired by Marley’s passion for the beautiful game.

Designed in celebration of one of music's biggest icons, the Admiral x Bob Marley range blends sportswear and streetwear to create a stylish aesthetic that enhances your everyday wardrobe and your matchday look. Outside of his storied career in music, Marley had a lifelong passion for football - idolising the dominant Santos side of the 60s and 70s and their star forward Pele, as well as Spurs legend Ossie Ardiles - and retained a lasting friendship and professional relationship with Jamaican national team hero Allan “Skill” Cole. Marley recorded the beloved “Exodus” album in London and could often be found playing football at Battersea Park with bandmates. The Admiral x Bob Marley top recreates the look of the iconic “Rico” tees donned by Marley's art and lighting director Neville Garrick and other friends as they enjoyed the beautiful game back in 1977 - originally designed in tribute to the celebrated trombonist Emmanuel “Rico” Rodriguez who was playing with Bob Marley and The Wailers at the time.
