The leather will also need looking after. You gain that softer, adaptable feel, but you do not get the same protection or low-maintenance upper as a reinforced rugby-specific boot.

Once the rain arrives, move with the pitch. Morelia Neo SG, SI and MIX options are there for softer natural grass where you need more purchase underneath you.
For regular 3G rugby, choose a dedicated AG version. A hard grass pitch and artificial grass can feel similarly firm, but they are different surfaces. FG is primarily for natural ground, AG is built around synthetic turf.
