World Cups do not just leave goals behind. They leave boots.

R9 in Mercurials. Zidane in Predator. Messi in F50. Götze cushioning that final touch in the Magista Obra. Every tournament has a pair that gets caught in the replay, frozen in the celebration, remembered long after the final whistle. The boot becomes part of the summer.

Since 1998, BootBible has been Pro:Direct's way of keeping those boots on record: the grails, the player pairs, the strange one-offs, the colourways everyone copied and the releases collectors still talk about years later.

Now the archive returns in Tournament Edition form.

The BootBible Goes Tournament Mode

Pro:Direct BootBible Trading Cards: Tournament Edition brings current boots, special drops and World Cup-era icons into one collectable set.

There are 50,000 packs in the run, with 10 cards in every pack. Each pack includes seven Common cards, two Uncommon cards and one chase slot, where you will pull either a Rare or Super Rare card.

That gives every pack its own walk down the tunnel. You might land a current-season boot from the modern game. You might pull a signature pair with player history behind it. Or you might hit one of the numbered Super Rare cards and send it straight off to be graded. We have seen a few of you do that already.

Built for the Chase

Tournament Edition is split across four rarity levels: Common, Uncommon, Rare and Super Rare.

Common cards cover the modern boot wall: the boots players are wearing now, from Predator and F50 to Mercurial, Phantom, Furon, Ultra, Future and the new Reebok Sidewinder. Uncommon cards move into player editions, signature pairs and special releases. Rare cards pull from deeper boot memory: old adverts, World Cup summers, collector forums and boot-room arguments that never really ended.

Super Rare cards sit at the top of the set, with five individually numbered Gold Foil cards from some of the most recognisable boots in modern football.
