Wilson Minions Clash 100 V2.0 Tennis Racket

Bring entertaining energy to the court with the Wilson Minions Clash 100 V2 (Unstrung) tennis racket in Yellow/Black, an updated version of the all-rounder’s revolutionary racket showcasing a sleek paintjob with subtle Minion artwork.

Designed for all-around players seeking a comfortable and easy-to-use racket that successfully blends power, control, and comfort, the Wilson Minions Clash 100 V2 is an unbeatable and motivational match on the court, combining flexibility and stability for a feeling unlike any other. Carefully crafted to enhance playability, its revised hoop construction enlarges the sweetspot, which in turn makes it easier to hit clean, consistent shots every time you strike the ball. The 45-degree braiding of fibres in the layup – known as FORTYFIVE technology – allows the frame to “breathe” on ball impact, providing a satisfying pocketing feel.Environmentally conscious, the Agiplast plant-based materials are used to generate a sustainable frame, with the bumpers, grommets, and end cap all built to lessen their impact on the planet.Comfortable and easy-to-use, the Minions Clash 100 V2 is a racket for everyone, designed to bring extra fun to the court, with the Minions motivating your performance.

Wilson

Since 1914, Wilson have focused on one thing: the player. Company founder Thomas Wilson’s ambition was to empower athletes, to make everyone who played sport feel like a pro.

That’s why, starting with the wooden V1 over a century ago, all their rackets have been designed to help you play better tennis and enjoy the game. They’re responsible for some of the sport’s most significant innovations, too, introducing the first leather handle grip in 1935, along with the first commercial metal racket, the legendary T2000, in 1967.

The famous frame saw success almost immediately, with Billie Jean King wielding it to win the US Open that same year. Other players soon recognised the benefits of its steel construction, and the T2000’s domination continued into the 70s and 80s – Jimmy Connors liked it so much, he used it to win all eight of his Grand Slam titles.

Wilson have produced so many of the game’s iconic frames. Prior to the T2000 there was the Jack Kramer, the best-selling racket in tennis history. And after it, perhaps the most iconic racket of all: the Pro Staff. Used by greats such as Edberg, Courier, Graf, Sampras, and, of course, Roger Federer, the Pro Staff has maintained popularity right up to the present day, thanks to its winning combination of power, feel, and control.

In their modern range, the Pro Staff is joined by the powerful Ultra, the feel-focused Blade – as endorsed by Aryna Sabalenka, the spin-based Burn, and the hugely popular Clash, which provides all-round performance for players of any level. Options for everyone, then. That’s the Wilson way.

Wilson Clash

The Wilson Clash tennis racket revolutionises the game with its unique and groundbreaking design. Engineered to provide ultimate flexibility and unrivalled feel, the Clash delivers a new level of comfort and control. The racket's FreeFlex technology allows the frame to bend in all-new dimensions, resulting in enhanced pocketing and dwell time on the ball. The Clash's StableSmart technology provides excellent stability, ensuring a solid and responsive feel on every shot. With its impressive combination of flexibility and stability, the Wilson Clash offers a harmonious blend of power, control, and feel, making it a game-changer for players seeking a truly innovative tennis experience.

Control Racket

Control rackets usually have closed string patterns – essentially, more strings per area – to increase ball contact and give you more control over your shots. They tend to have thinner beams to allow more flex and often utilise material technologies to make you feel more connected to the ball.
