Everyday Mileage Shoes

Everyday mileage running shoes provide comfort and support for daily training sessions, ensuring endurance and durability. These shoes are designed to withstand the wear and tear of frequent use, offering reliability and performance for your regular runs.

Tempo Running Shoes

Tempo running shoes are engineered for speed and agility, optimizing performance during high-intensity workouts. With lightweight construction and responsive cushioning, these shoes excel during your tempo runs, helping runners maintain pace and efficiency.

Race Day Shoes

Race day running shoes are crafted for maximum speed and efficiency, designed to propel you towards their personal bests. These lightweight and minimalist shoes prioritize agility and responsiveness, ensuring every stride counts on the big day.

Why Should You Have a Shoe Rotation?
Rotating running shoes can extend the life of each pair by allowing them to fully dry out and have foam rebound between runs, reducing wear and tear, and potentially lowering the risk of injury by changing the stress your body goes through when running in different models.

Saucony Endorphin Elite

Introducing your new race day legend, the Saucony Endorphin Elite in Viziblue/Citron muscles its way to the top of the pack, and takes you with it, including ridiculous rebound and brand-new technology to give you the edge on every run.
The Endorphin Elite is a brand-new marathon distance race day shoe from Saucony that is intended to enhance your experience from comfort to speed. Aimed at giving you improved times whatever your targets, this is a race ready and highly efficient shoe with top shelf technology. The first upgrade is the introduction of PWRRUN HG cushioning, using a super critical process, and a Peba base material (the same as their PWRRUN PB cushioning) they claim it can offer 95% energy return to you the runner for ridiculous levels of rebound.A slotted carbon plate rides between the foam, adapts to your stride, and is tuned for a propulsive toe-spring and plenty of power. The geometry of the shoe has been shaped to give the Endorphin Elite the most aggressive SPEEDROLL in the range, giving you, on your toe’s momentum and a poppy feel that keeps you moving forward. With a reimagined performance knit mesh, you get nearly weightless performance, and a next-to-skin feel for a distraction free fit.

Carbon Plate

Carbon plates have well-researched benefits and a seemingly endless list of race wins and world records.

They create the firmer feel that fast racers are looking for and help to guide the foot through your stride, providing a touch of extra support. They can also help create a rocker feel, with the stiffness allowing the shoe to pivot – as the toe goes down, the heel must come up, easing you into your next stride.

Although stiff, they do flex, providing an energised pop of forward momentum as the plate fights to retain its shape.

Each brand, and almost every shoe, uses a plate differently. Different shapes, thicknesses, and designs are used to prioritise a different aspect of performance. Some aim exclusively to guide the stride, while others focus solely on propulsion.

Extra Cushioning

Featuring extra-deep stacks of midsole foam, extra-cushioned shoes offer improved impact absorption, comfort, and even performance. With modern foams providing energy return through your stride, the more foam under your foot, the bigger the spring forward. The trade-off of extra foam is additional weight and reduced ground feel. It can also be expensive to create and stabilise so much foam.

Neutral

Neutral running shoes are designed to provide a smooth sensation without correcting your gait. They allow your natural motion to flow, while still offering a snug fit and a cushioned feel underfoot. As such, they’re ideal for runners who don’t overpronate.

Saucony

Founded in 1898 at the Saucony Creek in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, the much-loved, much-mispronounced American brand has been producing top-notch running gear for well over a century.

Every Saucony shoe – “sock-a-knee”, if you want to get it right – pays tribute to its origin story by way of the brand’s logo. It shows water flowing around three distinct boulders at the creek, which today represent the three guiding principles of the brand: good performance, good health, and good community.

In Saucony’s modern range, shoes like the trail-pounding Peregrine and plush Triumph have been joined by the revolutionary Endorphin collection of speed shoes, which includes the incredibly popular Endorphin Speed. Try a pair and discover the truth behind their mantra, “Unbelievably fast. Endless potential.”.

Road Running

It might say road, but we don’t just mean pounding closed-off streets on race day. Road shoes are predominantly for the pavement.

They feature flat rubber traction for confident footing in the city and enhanced cushioning to soak up the strain of every stride.

Best for Race Day

Race day shoes have two priorities: lightness and propulsion.

Outsole rubber is traditionally the heaviest component of any running shoe, so race day shoes use lighter compounds of rubber, thinner layers, and targeted placement to reduce weight where it really counts. A super-thin upper with minimal overlays saves additional grams for a lightweight feel up top.

To help build your speed, propulsive midsole foams often combine with internal plates to give you the edge and drive you across the line.

Stripped back and powerful, race day shoes are not built to be as durable as daily mileage trainers.
