The Nike Women’s ZoomX Vaporfly Next Percent 2 maintains its incredibly lightweight combination of ZoomX foam and full-length carbon plate that propels you forward with every step, making new targets and PB’s fall within your reach.
The redesigned upper uses targeted areas of mesh for a more breathable, softer upper that conforms to your foot. An internal pod at the heel and light padding at the tongue provides extra comfort.
A multi-surface traction outsole is designed to work in a variety of weather conditions, and the flexibility grooves on the sole help to improve the traction as well as give where needed.

They create the firmer feel that fast racers are looking for and help to guide the foot through your stride, providing a touch of extra support. They can also help create a rocker feel, with the stiffness allowing the shoe to pivot – as the toe goes down, the heel must come up, easing you into your next stride.
Although stiff, they do flex, providing an energised pop of forward momentum as the plate fights to retain its shape.
