Nike Air Zoom Structure 24
The Nike Air Zoom Structure in uses data from testing runners to design the crash pad under your heel to provide a cushioned, smooth transition from heel to toe. The same data lead to the design of the airy upper with breathability right where you need it.
A zoom air unit in the forefoot is combined with a foam midsole to give a responsive, yet stable feel as your foot hits the ground.
The durable rubber sole is built to absorb many tough miles and has grooves cut throughout. In the forefoot they provide flexibility, and vertical grooves down the sides help create stability.
Modern shoes use a variety of different methods to assist in correcting your gait, but most include increased support in the upper and stabilising midsole systems that guide your foot gently through the most efficient path.
One of the most recognisable logos on the planet, Nike’s famous Swoosh can be seen on every type of sportswear, but did you know that they started in running?
Blue Ribbon Sports, as they were originally known, began as an importer, offering Onitsuka Tiger running shoes to American athletes in the 1960s. In 1972, they created the first Nike-branded shoe, and the rest, as they say, is history.
As seen on the feet of sports stars and enthusiastic amateurs alike, today Nike continue their mission to “bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world”. And remember: if you have a body, you’re an athlete.
While their spikes have won countless medals, they’re best known for their record-breaking speed range, including the pioneering Alphafly and the legendary Pegasus.
• Laces cinch down for a secure feel.
• A softer and more durable lining around the heel and ankle helps keep socks from bunching up when you run.
• Cushy tongue provides helps pad the laces.
• Moulded heel securely hugs your foot.

It might say road, but we don’t just mean pounding closed-off streets on race day. Road shoes are predominantly for the pavement.
They feature flat rubber traction for confident footing in the city and enhanced cushioning to soak up the strain of every stride.
Best for Everyday Mileage
To cope with all the miles you run, shoes for everyday mileage are built to last.
Thicker rubber on the outsole withstands huge amounts of pavement pounding, and a thicker, more durable upper also helps to improve longevity.
The other priority is comfort, with soft materials around the entrance and midsole foams designed to cushion, feel great, and last.
Because of the extra protection, daily mileage shoes tend to be heavier than their race day and tempo counterparts.
