Updated with a new upper, softer midsole and more stable platform, the Mizuno Women’s Wave Rebellion Flash 3 in White/Striking Coal/Iris Blossom is a super trainer for those that take their training seriously.
With internal straps and a new triple shoelace loop in the upper, the Mizuno Wave Rebellion Flash 3 gives a performance based, locked in fit that helps you make the most out of every session.The midsole uses a layer of nitrogen infused Enerzy XP above a glass fibre reinforced wave plate giving an excellent level of efficiency and bounce. Beneath that a base of Enerzy nxt provides lightweight stability and more responsive feel. Softer than the previous midsole, Mizuno have widened the base of the shoe by up to 7mm to provide extra stability for effortless form.The angle of the Smooth Speed Assist has been upped from 5 degrees to 6 degrees to match that angle of the Wave Rebellion Pro, pushing you a little more on to your midfoot and forefoot.
