adidas Womens Terrex Agravic Flow 2

Giving you athlete proven performance that’s made for the mountain, the adidas Women’s Terrex Agravic Flow 2 in Core Black/Turbo/Blue Rush uses continental rubber for grip and provides protection, stability, and a brand new upper to elevate your off-road game.
The adidas Women’s Terrex Agravic Flow 2 changes its midsole from boost to the lighter and responsive Lightstrike foam, giving you a lighter, more agile feel on the trail.

Called Pro-Moderator support, a thin TPU plastic foil runs the length of the shoe between the outsole and midsole, protecting you from underfoot rocks. It also wraps up the sides at the arch of the foot to provide improved stability, for help over uneven ground.

The new abrasion resistant engineered mesh upper, provides comfort and breathability, while the outsole uses a versatile 4mm lug pattern made from continental rubber, for superior grip in any conditions and on any terrain.

adidas Terrex

All Terrex shoes are built to take on the great outdoors, but each has its own chief focus. So, what’s good for what? It’s all in the name. Agravic shoes are protected, Speed are the lightest, and the TWO (Trials Without Obstacles) range doubles down on comfort. After that, “Pro” marks out the top-end shoes, long-distance shoes are “Ultra”, while shoes focused more on the fun of adventure get the “Flow” moniker.

Regular Cushioning

Regular cushioning offers a blend of lightness, comfort, and ground feel. Popular for shorter distance racing as well as training and daily mileage running, the lower stack of midsole foam offers inherent stability and a lighter feel on your foot when compared to max-stack shoes.

Building on their breakout success at the 1936 Berlin Olympics, when founder Adi Dassler’s spikes helped Jesse Owens to gold, adidas have become one of the biggest brands around, with the famous 3-Stripes seen on everyone from rappers to world record holders.

Known primarily for their lightweight race shoes and the legendary Ultraboost, they’re also gaining fans for their popular Terrex outdoor range.

If you’re trying on a pair of adidas running shoes, expect innovative design, excellent styling, and a sustainable approach to construction.

This shoe is a neutral running shoe, ideal for runners with a natural gait or mild underpronation. It's designed to offer cushioning and flexibility without additional stability or motion control features found in structured shoes. The midsole is made with lightweight, responsive materials, providing a good balance between cushioning and ground feel. It allows your foot to move more freely, following its natural motion during each stride. The upper provides a comfortable, snug fit without constraining your foot. If you have a natural gait and seek a shoe that combines cushioning, comfort, and freedom of movement, this neutral running shoe is for you.

Off-Road Running

Take to the trails and leave the urban landscape behind in our off-road shoes.

Designed to offer traction across all kinds of terrain, from rocks and roots to mud and grass, they often feature small blunt spikes called “lugs” to dig into softer ground.

Many also feature improved protection in the upper, keeping loose rocks and branches at bay.

Best for Road to Trail

Ideal for light trails and pavement pounding alike, road-to-trail shoes use outsoles specifically designed to provide durable traction across a wide range of terrain.

They also often feature more cushioning than trail-only shoes, providing enhanced comfort on harder surfaces and letting you head across pavement, parks, trails, and roads with confidence.
