How do the adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4's Fit?

Tested over the Berlin marathon, and for 3 months of training, our testers are reporting a more accommodating toe box width wise, but a snug fit lengthwise.

Because of this, we would recommend going up half a size if you are between sizes, or if you like a little more space.

However, if you like a snug toe box then true to size could be the perfect fit for you.

adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4 vs Adizero Adios Pro 3

The key upgrades our wear testers have identified between the previous adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 and the all-new Adios Pro 4 include:

-Rocker Geometry: Adjusted for smoother transitions by shifting the rocker point away from the toes, mirroring the adidas Pro Evo 1’s record-breaking design.

-Improved Stability: Enhanced lateral stability for confident turns and direction changes.

-Comfortable Upper: Redesigned for a better fit, reducing the risk of rubbing.

-Upgraded Foam: The new Lightstrike Pro midsole offers a softer, more responsive ride.

-Outsole Traction: The lighter LIGHTRACTION outsole provides excellent grip on roads and tracks, even in wet conditions.

Ray Barlow

Having suffered from Chronic Fatigue for over a decade, I am a recent convert to the joys of running. Although every run steals a lot of energy, the mental health and fitness benefits more than make up for it. My runs are mainly across the back of the nearby beaches, dodging between the tourists. When not geeking out over the latest running tech, you can find me trying new gins, making gins, or boring anyone within earshot about gin.
