adidas Kakari Z.1 SG
The adidas Kakari Z.1 SG features a new rip stop upper, with eye-catching stitching adding durability and toughness. An internal support system means that you still get all the stability you need come breakdown or scrum time. An eight-stud split outsole, combines traction with manoeuvrability, helping you build unbreakable momentum. Made with a series of recycled materials, including the upper which features at least 50% recycled fibres, it aims to help adidas reduce plastic waste as part of their sustainability programme.
Their boots have played a decisive role in many of rugby’s greatest moments. Springboks legend Joel Stransky scored the winning drop goal in the memorable 1995 Rugby World Cup Final with the iconic 3-Stripes proudly displayed on his history-making right foot, while Jonny Wilkinson’s similar World Cup-winning drop goal put the spotlight on his familiar Predator TRX boots. Modern players still trust adidas boots at the very highest level, with Louis Rees-Zammit regularly overwhelming opponents with his blistering speed in the adidas RS7 and world-class prop Tadgh Furlong able to get the best out of his power and aggression with the protective, durable adidas Kakari.

Ground Type Guide
Selecting the correct sole plate for the surface you are playing on is crucial, not only for the performance and longevity of your football boots, but also to avoid the risk of injury.
Using an outsole that isn't designed specifically for the surface on which you are playing may cause premature wear and/or damage that will not be deemed as a fault of manufacture and will prevent the retailer accepting them for a refund or exchange.
Soft Ground is used to describe natural grass surfaces that are wet and muddy and require the most aggressive traction. Boots made for soft ground (SG) have removable, replaceable screw-in studs and typically come in a six-stud configuration (4 at the forefoot, 2 slightly longer at the heel).
Soft Ground boots may need their studs tightening before first use. Always make sure your studs are secure before you step out on the pitch.
