Description
Improve your balance and coordination with the Zwingo Training Aid in Orange, featuring a highly portable, folding design that’s ideal for the nets or the back garden.
Balance is key in cricket, and the Zwingo Training Aid is the perfect way to make sure yours is well-honed. It’s simple: for batting, you flip it out to full extension, stand on the board assuming your normal guard, then practise playing shots. With or without facing a ball, simply going through the motions of playing a shot while on the board is a challenge – but one that gets easier the more you do it, which, of course, is the whole point. In addition to improving your balance, the board’s linear structure helps your body learn and maintain correct alignment, aiding your positioning when you’re at the crease in a game. There are plenty of drills to try: one-leg balancing, batting with one hand, and it’s great for slip fielding practice too.Description
