Description

Show your artistry on court with the YONEX VCORE 100L Unstrung tennis racket in Scarlet, the seventh generation of the spin-focused series.

Redesigned to produce even more spin, the latest VCORE opens up new angles of attack, giving you greater opportunity for creative play that puts your opponent on the back foot.

At the top of the frame, a wider version of YONEX’s traditional ISOMETRIC shape creates a larger contact area, allowing increased string flexion and producing a higher ball trajectory. Combined with Silicone Oil Infused grommets, which reduce friction with the strings by 26%, the new setup gives a seriously snappy feel to your shots and huge spin potential.

To help you rip through the ball, half a millimetre has been shaved off the beam at the top of the frame to minimise air resistance, while the throat has also been reshaped for extra stability to make sure those viciously dipping winners drop inside the line.

Weighing in at 280g with a 16/19 string pattern, the VCORE 100L is ideal for players of all levels looking to add more spin to their game, with the larger headsize and thicker beam offering built-in power and the lightweight frame allowing easy manoeuvrability.

Tennis Racket Profile Guide

Power

Power rackets feature stiffer constructions and thicker frames that provide easy depth and added pace with minimal effort, helping players generate power on every shot. Compared to spin rackets—another popular category in today’s game—they tend to produce lower shot trajectories while still delivering strong baseline depth without requiring as much physical input. These rackets are often available in 98 square inch head sizes for players who want a balance of power and control, while the more standard 100 square inch versions offer maximum forgiveness.
