A new addition to the Vans Family, the UltraRange VR3 trail running shoe is another small step towards a larger goal of producing more sustainable footwear.Based on the classic UltraRange model, the VR3 has been re-engineered and represents Vans most sustainable construction with regenerative, responsibly sourced renewable or recycled materials.
This includes an EcoCush midsole made of at least 50% biobased foam derived from sugarcane, and the all-new EcoRubber compound outsole made with responsibly sourced natural rubber obtained from suppliers who follow proven ethical practices to minimize harm, and have a positive impact on social ecosystems.
The one-piece nylon knit upper is made from a blend of 50% organic cotton, 34% recycled PET material, 14% recycled nylon, and 2% elastane, making it both breathable and sustainable.
A Vans UltraRange stitched logo on the tongue and the classic bright rubber logo on the heel ensure the look is unmistakable.
