With an enhanced curve under the foot in the Nike Women’s Pegasus Plus 2 for smoother transitions, they have also added in a visible ZoomX unit in the forefoot to give extra propulsion at toe off. Flex grooves in the outsole also helps improve the effortlessly smooth feel through your stride.
They have also changed the fit, moving to the same comfortable and slightly more spacious fit as the Pegasus 42, great news if you found the old version a little tight at the forefoot and toes.
The upper is more breathable and has been streamlined, with a sleek upper mesh material revealing the midfoot containment band that provides a secure fit suited to extra speed.
The use of ZoomX in the midfoot hasn’t changed, giving a fast and lightweight feel that works with Air Zoom unit to deliver a responsive, energised feel.
