New Balance keep working on their fresh foam cushioning allowing them to tweak and amend the ride for each shoe. The New Balance Women's London Edition 1080v10 has 11.23% more energy return than the previous version, as well as being 8.5% softer and 7.5% lighter. But its not just the midsole that is improved in the v10. A segmented blown rubber outsole provides a more flexible ride with a smoother feel throughout the stride. The upper has also been upgraded to Hypoknit which not only has a premium visual but provides zonal stretch so the shoe can adapt to your needs. An embroidered design in the midfoot provides a link between the laces and the sole for a secure feel. There is also a major update at the heel with the Ultraheel fitting closer to the foot, providing a refined experience with less material and bulk.Description
