The new FX’s POWERBOOST+ precision groove under the grommet strip is deeper and wider than before, allowing greater string movement on ball impact for increased power potential. POWERGRID tech – the wide cross strings at the top of the stringbed – returns to help you keep all that power under control, enlarging the racket’s sweetspot to accommodate off-centre hits. Specs-wise, the key change is a lower stiffness rating, with the refreshed frame allowing greater flex for a slightly softer response that promotes comfort throughout extended sessions.
