In the outsole, a combination of ASICSGRIP for extra traction, and AHARPLUS for improved durability means you get a softer ride, with no let-up in longevity. Energetic, but lightweight FF Blast Plus Eco runs through the midsole, offering an incredible feeling of comfort under foot and is made with 24% bio-content. By giving a wider platform to stand on, a full-length lateral midsole grove, a deep cradled hold, and a soft, bouncy medial section, you get 4-dimensional support. This gives a guided stride, for a more efficient gait, making each run seem a little easier and a little simpler.
