Is there a minimum amount and/or maximum amount I can put on a gift card?
Yes, our gift cards have a minimum value of £25 and a maximum value of £400 per card.

Can I schedule a gift card to be emailed at a future date and time?
This is a very popular option if you want your gift card to arrive at that very special moment. eGift Cards can be delivered immediately (subject to credit card and security processing time) or at any future date and time.

How long does it take for a gift card to reach the recipient?
All gift cards purchased are subject to credit card and security processing. This typically occurs within 20 minutes however it could take up to 24 hours. If emails are not received within 24 hours, please contact customerservices@prodirectsport.com.

Can I send myself egift cards since I want to give them to my friends, family, and colleagues?
Yes, you can send yourself eGift Cards. When purchasing eGift Cards, simply enter your information on the "Recipient Information" page. Once you receive the eGift Card via email, you can forward it to others or print it then share it.

Where can I use my gift card?
Our Pro:Direct Sport gift cards can be used for purchases on prodirectsport.com. PDS gift cards are only applicable to UK orders exclusively.

How do I use my Pro:Direct Sport gift card?
To make use of your Pro:Direct Sport Gift Card, follow these steps:
- Go to the Payment step of Checkout and select Gift Card as your payment method.
- Enter your gift card number and PIN, then click "APPLY".
- You can find the card number and PIN in the email for a digital gift card.
- The amount on your gift card will be deducted from your order total.
- You can select an additional payment method (only if the total purchase amount exceeds the balance on your card).

What if the gift card doesn't cover my order total?
If your Gift card doesn't cover the total, you can use any accepted payment method to make up the difference, including additional gift cards.

Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Absolutely, you can use multiple gift cards on the same order.

How do I check my gift card balance?
You can easily check your balance online.
Just go to Gift Cards and click the "Check Gift Card Balance" link or check on My Account > Payment Wallet - enter your gift card number and PIN and we'll show you the card balance. -
What happens to my gift card if I return my online order, or part of it, or if my order is cancelled?
If you have only paid with a Gift Card and the order is partially or fully cancelled or returned, you will receive a new Gift Card with the corresponding amount via email. We will aim to email this new gift card within 3 – 5 working days.

I recently purchased and sent an egift card, but it has not arrived. What should I do?
Occasionally eGift Cards are intercepted by spam filters; please check with the recipient to see if their gift card is in their spam or junk folders. It is also possible that the email address was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase; please check the email address you entered for the recipient.

Do I need to activate my gift card(s) once I receive the email?
The gift cards will arrive activated and ready for use.

Does my gift card expire?
No, our gift cards do not expire, unless there is an expiry date shown on your Gift Card email (for specific campaigns only).
