Pro:Direct Running at the 2026 National Running Show

Pro:Direct Running was at the 2026 National Running Show with Nike and Do Clothing, bringing footwear and apparel to the NEC Birmingham for one of the biggest weekends in the UK running calendar.

Around 30,000 runners came through the show across the weekend, with brands, clubs, crews and the wider running community all in one place. It was busy from the start, but the standout part was the atmosphere around the stand. People were stopping to try on product, ask questions, talk through their training and share what they were building towards over the months ahead. That gave the weekend a real sense of connection and made the stand about far more than just products on display.

At the Pro:Direct Running stand, the latest Nike running shoes drew plenty of attention throughout the weekend. It was a big moment for the show too, with Nike running shoes on the floor for the first time in the event's history. Alongside that, new Pro:Direct Running Club apparel and Do Clothing added to a packed stand and helped show a broader side of Pro:Direct Running.

What made the weekend especially valuable was the chance to hear directly from runners while they were trying products on. Those conversations gave real insight into what people are training in, what they want from their kit and what they are aiming for this year. Some were preparing for major race goals, some were building consistency into their weekly routine, and others were simply looking for product that felt right for the way they run. Those are the conversations that make events like this worthwhile.

For Pro:Direct Running, the National Running Show was a chance to show up, be part of a major weekend in the running calendar and spend real time with the people who make the sport what it is. Between the turnout, the energy around the stand and the quality of the conversations across the weekend, it was a strong reminder of why events like this matter.
