Bruno Fernandes Surprises Fans at PD:FC Manchester

Manchester United Captain Bruno Fernandes drops in for an unforgettable night at PD:FC

Consolidating PD:FC Manchester as the professional’s choice, our Manchester doors welcomed Manchester United captain and Portugal international Bruno Fernandes for an unforgettable night in front of an exclusive guest list. 

Pro:Direct Soccer and Bruno Fernandes have built a strong relationship since he arrived in Manchester and he’s been eager to visit our flagship space in Manchester Arndale since we opened our doors in early 2026. Dropping in to film a live episode of The Boot Room with Lifejacket which will air on their YouTube channel later this month, Bruno used his obsession with the Nike Mercurial Vapor as chapters to narrate his incredible career to date in front of an engaged crowd lapping up the insights from of of football’s elite. 

From his international debut to lifting silverware and leading his club and country, the Nike Mercurial has been on the feet of Bruno at every step of his career as he relies on his sharpness and agility to dictate play and influence games on the biggest stages. 

Bruno then walked up the steps to our Nineteen98 Lounge for a bespoke custom Nike Mercshop with renowned boot customiser Jordan Dawson and a group of PD:FC members who were invited to share the class with the United skipper. 

Before meeting the assembled United fans, Bruno grabbed a PD:FC bag and added to his impressive personal Mercurial collection whilst selecting key pieces from the curation of street culture and terrace wear that has installed PD:FC Manchester as the destination for football culture.
