First Look: Under Armour Alloy Pack

Under Armour has gone heavy on the metallic finishes for its new Alloy Pack, giving the Shadow Elite 4 and Magnetico Elite 6 two very different looks. There's iridescent blue, copper detailing and plenty of shine across both pairs, with the latest colourways bringing a little extra attention to two of Under Armour's leading football boots.

The Shadow Elite 4 is the louder of the two, with a Midnight Navy upper covered in shimmering turquoise and blue detailing, finished with oversized copper Shadow branding. A dark soleplate and translucent studs complete the look.

Underneath, the Shadow keeps its speed-focused construction. The lightweight Micro-Warp upper is designed for a close, secure fit, with 3D texturing across the forefoot for added grip on the ball. The Mach-Drive carbon fibre soleplate brings stiffness through the midfoot and flexibility towards the toes, helping players push off and change direction quickly.

Under Armour Magnetico Elite 6 RCS FG

The Magnetico takes a cleaner approach, combining a Metallic Copper Ore upper with white laces and collar detailing. A dark navy heel structure, iridescent Under Armour logo and turquoise accents underneath give the boot a particularly sharp finish.

The Magnetico Elite 6 is built around the adaptive UA Liquid Clone upper, which moulds around the foot for a close, personalised fit. Asymmetrical lacing opens up the striking area, while 3D texturing and silicone detailing provide additional grip on the ball. Underfoot, the Reflex Cushion System uses lightweight cushioning to reduce stud pressure without sacrificing that close-to-the-ground feel.

I've spent most of my life playing football, with running filling the gaps when the pitches are waterlogged. Somewhere along the way, I've developed a bit of an obsession with football boots and running shoes. From fit and feel to the latest tech, I'm usually the person people ask about footwear. Just don't ask my teammates how often I change boots.
