Back in 1984, an ambitious young American by the name of Michael Jordan promised to revolutionise basketball, and Nike took notice, looking to create a footwear revolution of their own. The resulting Air Jordan 1 was the start of a brand that would storm the basketball and streetwear world, appreciated and sought-after everywhere.
Now an established fashion phenomenon, Jordan’s iconic “Jumpman” logo is proudly displayed on a huge selection of slick streetwear pieces, from the enduring Air Jordan sneaker range to clothing and accessories that combine performance, comfort, and style. Leading the conversation in both design and influence, Jordan continues to innovate with new technologies, reaching out to new fans from every generation.

Air Jordan 12
A spectacular shoe with a spectacular story attached, the Air Jordan 12 was designed by Tinker Hatfield with a striking pillow-stitched upper and “Wingtip” inspiration from top to bottom, based on the “Rising Sun” Japanese flag with its radiating lines. Offering premium leather looks, a slick embroidered tongue, and layered overlays above the midsole, the AJ12 was something new.
Famously, in the 1997 playoff finals, Michael Jordan wore the shoe for the Bulls against the Utah Jazz, taking to the court in Game 5 despite being severely under the weather. A bout of food poisoning had struck, but Jordan pushed through, grabbing 38 points and a series win, sweating and doused in ice packs throughout. This dedicated performance would come to be known as “The Flu Game”, immortalising the XII in the annals of basketball history.
